PhosphoregDB

We have created a database for the protein kinase-like and phosphatase-like loci of mouse that integrates protein sequence, interaction, classification and pathway information with the results of a systematic screen of their sub-cellular localization and tissue specific expression data mined from the GNF tissue atlas of mouse.我们构建了一个针对小鼠类蛋白激酶（protein kinase-like）与类蛋白磷酸酶（phosphatase-like）基因座的数据库，该数据库整合了蛋白质序列、蛋白质相互作用、分类及通路信息，并纳入了针对这些基因座的亚细胞定位（sub-cellular localization）系统性筛选结果，以及从小鼠GNF组织图谱（GNF tissue atlas）中挖掘得到的组织特异性表达（tissue specific expression）数据。
