This record holds the search records, screening decisions, extraction forms, Stage 1 scripts and results of the systematic review reported in the paper. Stage 1 (rules A1–A6) was run by script; all later checks, counts and searches were done by hand by the first author, Abhay Panwar. Every count in the paper can be traced to a file below.
