NEST98PTS_UTM: Modern digital hydrographic and bathymetric data points from the coast of southwest Washington and northwest Oregon

NEST98PTS_UTM is a point coverage containing digital hydrographic data
from the coast of Southwest Washington and Northwest Oregon, USA. The
horizontal datum is Universal Transverse Mercator, Zone 10 meters.
The data set includes National Ocean Service (NOS) hydrographic surveys
collected between the 1926 and 1928, surveys collected in 1998 by the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) around the entrances to Grays Harbor,
Willapa Bay, and the Columbia River, and additional data fabricated by
the author in order to generate smooth transitions between the data sets.
The user is cautioned, to use this data set with full knowledge of
the original intent the limitations, and assumptions used to generate it.
