Genetic variation of susceptibility in Scots pine as possible solution against Diplodia sapinea

Metadata collected in summer 2023 from Scots pine seedlings of different maternal lines inoculated with Diplodia sapinea. The dataset includes:

TreeID (random identifier),

Length of the seedling (cm),

Growth of the seedling during 2023 (cm),

Treatment, indicating whether the fungal pathogen was applied under predisposing temperature conditions (+20 °C or 35 °C) or whether the seedling served as a mock control (agar plug),

Number of side shoots per seedling,

Necrosis length (cm), measured after 2 weeks and again after 2 months
