Testis as one of a few organs which prevent germ cells from immune responses, however the mechanisms that testicular immune privilege still unclear. Dmrt1 is one of the most conserved transcriptional factor in sex determination mainly exist in testicular male germline stem cells (mGSCs). In order to assess molecular regulation of Dmrt1 on mice testes in vivo, the control, H1 and shDmrt1 injected testes in two biological replicates were subjected to transcriptome sequencing.
