Chronically-instrumented conscious Beagle dog (no telemetry).n=4 male beagle dogs dosed with atenolol at 3, 10 and 30 mg/kg, po. No PK performed. Parameters measured: haemodynamic parameters (SAP, DAP, MAP, HR, LVSP, LVEDP, +dP/dtmax, -dP/dtmax, +dP/dtmax/P, -dP/dtmax/P, TPR, CO, SV) and ECG parameters (RR, PR, QRS, QT, QTcF and QTcb intervals). Parameters were measured before administration (baseline, T0) and at 30 (T30), 60 (T60), 120 (T120), 180 (T180), 240 (T240) and 360 (T360) min post-administration.
