肾形虫野生型细胞株

由中国科学院水生生物研究所，国家水生生物种质资源库，藻类及原生动物种质库分离、鉴定、保藏的肾形虫野生型细胞株，于湖南攸县采集，虫体呈肾形，前端稍尖，后端钝圆，长宽比约为2:1，虫体布满纤毛，前端具有口器。These wild-type cell strains of reniform ciliates were isolated, identified and cryopreserved by the Institute of Hydrobiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Algal and Protozoan Germplasm Bank under the National Aquatic Biological Germplasm Resource Bank. They were collected from You County, Hunan Province. The cells are reniform in shape, with slightly pointed anterior ends and rounded posterior ends, having a length-width ratio of approximately 2:1. The entire body is covered with cilia, and an oral apparatus is present at the anterior end.
