桩基础具有承载力高、稳定性好、沉降量小而均匀、抗震能力强、便于机械化施工、适应性强等特点,在工程中得到广泛的应用。桩基工程质量除受岩土工程条件、基础与结构设计、桩土相互作用、施工工艺以及专业水平和经验等关联因素影响外,还具有施工隐蔽性高、更容易存在质量隐患的特点,发现质量问题难,出现事故处理更难。因此,桩的承载力和桩身结构完整性的检测是设计规范、施工验收规范中的强制性要求,检测方法及其评价结果的正确与否直接关系上部结构的正常使用与安全。
Pile foundations are widely applied in engineering practices due to their distinct advantages, including high bearing capacity, good stability, small and uniform settlement, strong seismic resistance, convenience for mechanized construction, and strong adaptability. The quality of pile foundation engineering is affected by multiple correlated factors, such as geotechnical conditions, foundation and structural design, pile-soil interaction, construction technology, as well as professional proficiency and practical experience. Furthermore, pile foundation construction features high concealment, is more susceptible to latent quality defects, and poses greater difficulties in both detecting quality problems and handling post-accident situations. Consequently, the detection of pile bearing capacity and the structural integrity of pile bodies is a mandatory requirement specified in design codes and construction acceptance specifications. The correctness of detection methods and their evaluation results is directly related to the normal service and safety of superstructures.
