The aim of this study is to determine the cytotoxic effect of a colonic microbial metabolite named PAA on colorectal cancer. The data generated bellow using western blot show the impact of two different concentrations of PAA for 24h of contact on HCT116 and RKO cancer cell lines. The probed proteins are involved in survival pathways activation, proliferation, cell cycle and apoptosis. These results are compiled together in an original figure labeled for future publication.
