Single-cell sequencing data used in the publication: Targeted delivery of RNA-based therapeutics enables functional analysis of macrophage subpopulations. 1_Seurat_object_with_HTO_class.rds contains all cells prior to quality control filtering. This objects includes the count matrix, HTO (hashtag oligo) data, and associated metadata. Metadata_with_celltype_information.xlsx contains cell type information for cells retained after quality filtering.
