BioDiv is the continuous longterm biodiversity monitoring of the Bavarian national parks. The data is available for each year since 2021. On each of the 15 BioDiv plots (Set 2), 10 suitable objects of standing and lying deadwood were selected and sampled. The collected drill dust is intended for metabarcoding analysis of wood decomposer organisms.
