TraDIS screen for Streptococcus pyogenes genes required for female genital tract infections

This study was designed to look for novel Streptococcus pyogenes genes contributing to female genital tract infections using a non-human primate model. We used a serotype M28 strain, which is epidemiologically linked with female genital tract infections. This dataset was submitted in support of publication Zhu et al, 2019, American Journal of Pathology.
