Heavy metal lead is a heavy metal pollutant that accumulates in organisms and is excreted slowly. Long-term consumption of foods with excessive lead content will severely impair the brain and nervous system. This dataset is mainly used to monitor the lead content in Spanish mackerel circulating in the market. Based on the test data, we can judge whether the lead content in Spanish mackerel meets the national food safety standards, providing regulatory basis for supervision departments and further ensuring consumer food safety.
1. Sample Source: All Spanish mackerel samples sampled in this project are from products sold by market entities in the circulation links within the market.
2. Data Detection: After pre-treatment, the samples were tested using YQ519 ICP-MS according to the second method specified in GB 5009.12-2017, and the test data were obtained.
3. Data Judgment: The lead content is calculated by the formula: X = [(C1 - C0) × f × V] / (m × 1000). X is the lead content of the test sample, unit: mg/kg; C1 is the measured value of the sample, unit: μg/L; C0 is the measured value of the blank, unit: μg/L; f is the dilution factor; m is the mass of the test sample, unit: g; V is the constant volume, unit: mL. The technical indicator for lead content in Spanish mackerel is ≤0.2 mg/kg.
4. Data Application: Through analysis and evaluation of the sampling data, we can judge whether the lead content in Spanish mackerel meets the national food safety standards, providing technical support and data basis for supervision.
