Total value of frauds on child benefits in France 2014-2018

The French National Fund for Family Allowances (Caisse Nationale des Allocations Familiales) is a part of the French social security system. The family allowances branch is organized through a national network of 101 family allowance funds, located around the country. While the number of fraudulent cases detected by the National Family Benefits Fund has slightly decreased between 2017 and 2018, the financial results of the anti-fraud efforts continued to progress. Indeed, it appears that in 2018, the losses were worth 304.6 million euros.
