Data of figures in "Panoramic observation of hyperbolic exciton polaritons in CrSBr"

The data are divided into four folders:Observing HEPs: all the 3D reflectance spectra of the CrSBr flake patterned with metallic gratings of different periods (the sample mentioned in the main text), corresponding to Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3 in the main text; Manipulating HEPs via magnetic fields: the E-kx reflectance spectra at ky = 0 of the CrSBr flakes patterned with 280 nm metallic gratings (the sample mentioned in the main text) under various magnetic fields, corresponding to Fig. 4 in the main text; Temperature dependence of HEPs: the reflectance spectra of a CrSBr flake patterned with metallic gratings of different periods under temperatures from 7 K to 290 K, corresponding to Section S8 of the Supplementary Materials; Thickness dependence of HEPs: the E-kx reflectance spectra at ky = 0 of 7 CrSBr flakes with different thicknesses patterned with metallic gratings of different periods, mainly corresponding to Section S7 of the Supplementary Materials. There also exist some reflectance spectra of bare CrSBr flakes in these folders which we utilized to obtain the dispersion of the excitons in CrSBr. In every main folder, the data are further organized into smaller folders, and a more specific README file is attached to help you better understand them.
