Data for "Complex Traits and Candidate Genes"

This repository contains the simulation code and output for the main simulations from "Complex Traits and Candidate Genes: Estimation of Genetic Variance Components Across Modes of Inheritance" https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.07.04.498768v1. <strong>The simulations are grouped by the population heterozygosity: </strong> Het_0 refers to simulations of inbred lines Het_38 refers to simulations of heterozygous hybrids with average heterozygosity equal to 0.38. The code and output for individual simulations are referred to be the <strong>population size (n)</strong>: n500, n1000, n2000, and the <strong>number of replicates of each entry (r)</strong>: r1, r2, and r4.
