This project aims to investigate the effect of histone H3G34V on H3K36me3 and H3K27me3 enrichment. Here are the raw ChIP-Seq data for KNS42 WT (unmodified), KNS42 transduced with DOX-inducible shRNA targeting H3F3A no DOX control, and KNS42 transduced with DOX-inducible shRNA targeting H3F3A +DOX.
