Mouse cortical primary neuronal cultures (DIV12-13) were treated with NGPF2 (1.5 ng/ml) for 2 hours and then fixed for RNA sequencing. Overall design: 3 separate pairs of control (vehicle) and treatment (NGPF2) groups from 3 independet experiments.
