iCOMIC

In this directory, we have provided all the necessary files needed to run the tool iCOMIC. The iCOMIC GUI is an integrated interface designed to perform data analysis and interpretation of -omics datasets. It contains two machine learning algorithms developed in-house for predicting driver and passenger mutations based on mutational context (NBDriver) and tumor suppressor genes and oncogenes from somatic mutation data (cTaG). In order to run NBDriver, the user needs to download the hg19.fa reference genome file and put it in the /icomic/NBDriver_iCOMIC/" directory. We have also provided access to the demo data, reference genome, known variants file, annotation file to run DNA-Seq, RNA-Seq, cTaG and NBDriver.
