中国南极30年科考CTD数据集

1984至2014年间，中国组织了30次南极科学考察。中国南极30年科考CTD（海水盐度温度深度探测仪）数据集汇集了除少部分年份没有这个项目调查数据外的各南极航次的水文调查CTD数据。各航次包括： 1次，3次，6次，7次，8次，9次，11次，13次，14次，15次，16次，18次，19次，21次，22次，24次，25次，26次，27次，28次，29次，30次。数据采集的区域覆盖南纬50度-69度，西经70度–东经110度，包括南极半岛和普里兹湾及邻近海域的912个水文数据采集点。每一个采集点的数据汇集在一个数据文件中，每一个数据文件包含：压强、深度、温度、盐度、密度、声速、位温等7个要素数据。由于各次采用的仪器设备不同，数据处理有所不同。第1-24次采用下列方法控制数据质量和保障数据可比性：统一数据格式、内容和数据间隔、绘制温盐密度剖面图、剔除错误数据，完成数据集汇编。第25-30次南极考察使用的是SBE911型号。原始数据采集后，采用下列过程：数据转换、去除泵未开数据、滤波、滞后校正、电导修正、“打结”校正、计算平均、计算变量、分离、数据提取、去除表头信息、画图，保数据质量后完成数据汇编。该数据集是我国南极水文实地调查30年数据成果的汇编，可为南极各学科研究提供时空变化基础数据，也为数值模拟研究提供初始场和验证地标资料。数据采取.dat格式存储，压缩后数据量18.1MB。

From 1984 to 2014, China organized 30 Antarctic scientific expeditions. China's 30-year Antarctic Expedition CTD (Conductivity, Temperature, Depth) dataset compiles hydrological survey CTD data from each Antarctic voyage, except for those years where no survey data from this project were available. The included voyages are: the 1st, 3rd, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 18th, 19th, 21st, 22nd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, and 30th Antarctic expeditions. The data collection area covers 50°S to 69°S, 70°W to 110°E, including 912 hydrological data collection sites in the Antarctic Peninsula, Prydz Bay and their adjacent waters. Data from each collection point is stored in a single data file, which contains seven core variables: pressure, depth, temperature, salinity, density, sound speed, and potential temperature. Due to the use of different instruments and equipment across expeditions, data processing methods vary. For the 1st to 24th expeditions, the following methods were adopted to control data quality and ensure data comparability: unify data format, content and data interval, generate temperature-salinity-density profiles, eliminate erroneous data, and complete the dataset compilation. The 25th to 30th Antarctic expeditions used the SBE911 model. After the original data collection, the following processes were carried out: data conversion, removal of data when the pump was not activated, filtering, lag correction, conductivity correction, "knot" correction, averaging, variable calculation, separation, data extraction, removal of header information, plotting, and final dataset compilation after ensuring data quality. This dataset is a compilation of 30 years of in-situ hydrological survey data from China's Antarctic expeditions. It can provide basic data for spatiotemporal variation studies in various Antarctic research fields, as well as initial fields and validation datasets for numerical simulation studies. The data is stored in .dat format, with a compressed size of 18.1 MB.
