视联网会场保障（含控会）

派驻工程师，前往客户指定会场，提供以下服务：
1.会前调试：音视频等设备进行调试、校准、会议流程的演练、建立备份机制、应急演练等；
2.会中保障：视频会议现场提供技术保障（通信畅通），实时操作监控本地会场画面，可快速响应会议期间出现的各种问题或突发紧急故障，保障会议正常运行；
3.会后总结：会议中调用设备进行归还，会议中所涉及的资料进行保存提交并保密，将会议使用资源恢复正常且与会议召开前的初始状态保持一致；
4.现场故障处理：现场解决会议故障（不含更换、维修）；
5.其他相关工作：协助客户完成其他合同范围内相关工作。

On-site engineers will be dispatched to the client-designated venue to provide the following services:
1. Pre-meeting preparation & debugging: Debug and calibrate audio and video equipment, rehearse the meeting workflow, establish a backup mechanism, and conduct emergency drills, etc.;
2. In-meeting technical support: Provide on-site technical support for video conferences (ensure unobstructed communication), monitor the local venue screen in real time, and rapidly respond to various issues or sudden emergency failures during the meeting to guarantee the smooth operation of the conference;
3. Post-meeting wrap-up: Return the equipment used during the meeting, properly store, submit and keep confidential all relevant materials involved in the meeting, and restore all conference resources to their initial state before the meeting;
4. On-site fault resolution: Resolve conference faults on-site (excluding equipment replacement and maintenance);
5. Other related tasks: Assist the client in completing other relevant work within the scope of the contract.
