Data Study of Total Child Food

[enter image description here](https://www.anses.fr/sites/default/files/styles/detail_actualite/public/20181128_EATi.png?itok=qa3hymZ2 “enter image title here”) The “Total Food Studies” (TAS) are national surveys aimed at estimating the chronic dietary exposure of a population to chemical compounds. They are based on the analysis of a large number of substances in food samples representative of the diet of the study population. From 2012 to 2016, ANSES conducted the Study of Total Child Food (EATi), one of the first studies at international level to estimate the dietary exposure of children under 3 years of age who are not breastfed. It focused on the analysis of 670 substances (environmental contaminants, minerals, plant protection products, etc.) in the diet of unfed children living in metropolitan France. The available data correspond to all data of mean concentrations in foods, considered valid by the ANSES Specialised Expert Committees for use for risk assessment purposes.
