Variance-to-Signal Inversion Localizes Laboratory-to-Clinical Spectral Transfer Failure in Real-Patient Lateral Flow Biosensing

De-identified spectral dataset and analysis pipeline for the study “Variance-to-Signal Inversion Localizes Laboratory-to-Clinical Spectral Transfer Failure in Real-Patient Lateral Flow Biosensing”. The repository contains 223 laboratory spectra and 60 clinical spectra acquired from a quantitative IL-6 lateral flow immunoassay platform, together with reproducible analysis code for laboratory-to-clinical transfer evaluation, PCA-based variance-to-signal analysis, and label-free SNV correction. Included files comprise processed spectral features, metadata, a fully reproducible Python pipeline, and environment specifications used to generate the reported results.
