ECONOMIC MECHANISMS FOR EMPLOYMENT STABILITY IN THE MODERN LABOUR MARKET: AN ENTERPRISE-LEVEL PERSPECTIVE
收藏资源简介:
Employment stability is shaped not only by labour demand but also by the financial and organisational capacity of enterprises to sustain paid work. This article examines working-capital management, employee development, work scheduling and remuneration as interconnected economic mechanisms. A structured narrative review of fifteen academic and institutional publications is used to compare evidence and develop an enterprise-level analytical framework. The synthesis distinguishes continuity of financing, continuity of productive capability and continuity of acceptable employment conditions. Selected studies document productivity and retention effects in specific settings, but these estimates are not treated as forecasts for Uzbekistan. A practical application to food storage and distribution is developed, together with a framework for measuring payroll reliability, employment continuity and the costs of workforce adjustment. The article argues that retaining employees is economically meaningful when it supports productive operations without concealing inadequate hours, unstable earnings or blocked career mobility. The proposed framework provides testable propositions for future enterprise-level research.
