C. elegans RNA seq data for eif-2alpha and eft-2 RNAi in N2 and zip-2(tm4248) strains

This data is obtained upon the knockdown of the translation initiation factor eif-2alpha and elongation factor eft-2 by RNAi and is compared with the empty vector (EV) RNAi control. The data is obtained with the wild-type N2 Caenorhabditis elegans and the zip-2(tm4248) mutant. Therefore, there are EV, eif-2alpha RNAi, and eft-2 RNAi data for each N2 and zip-2(tm4248) animals.
