Individual FASTA files and alignments for the "dark matter" analyses

This archive contains files which, while not directly a part of our paper "Archaeal 'dark matter' and the origin of eukaryotes", may be of interest to anyone interested in building on, following up, or repeating our work. They include the single gene FASTA datasets and alignments used to generate the concatenations analyzed in Figures 2 and 3 of that paper.
