Standardized Expanded Nutrition Survey (SENS), Kutupalong Mega Refugee Camp - 2021

The Standardised Expanded Nutrition Survey (SENS) was conducted in Kutupalong Mega Camps (RC) in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, as part of a broader initiative to assess the health and nutrition status of Rohingya refugees across three camps. The survey collected detailed data on demography, anthropometry and health, anaemia, infant and young child feeding (IYCF), food security, mosquito net coverage, and water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH). Mortality and key public health indicators were also assessed. Data collection took place between October and November 2021 using mobile devices with ODK software and was analysed using ENA for SMART and Epi Info 7 in alignment with SENS Version 3 guidance.
