Nitrogen and Carbon fixation by cryptogams

Carbon and Nitrogen fixation by cryptogamic ground and plant cover in g/m^2/yr as published in Fig. 3 (MODIS)  and S2 (Olson) of Elbert et al. (2012), DOI:10.1038/ngeo1486

Each file contains 3 variables:

CGC: fixation by cryptogamic ground cover
CPC: fixation by cryptogamic plant cover
CGC_CPC: the sum of both

Keep in mind that not all ecosystems were covered and "empty" areas or low values do not mean nothing is fixed there by cryptogams. If you have further qustions don't hesitate to ask.
