Geospatial Distribution of PCR-Positive CCHF Cases in Afghanistan (2022 - 2024)

This dataset contains the number of PCR-confirmed positive cases of Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF) reported by province or city in Afghanistan. It includes 31 locations and the corresponding counts of laboratory-confirmed infections. The data support spatial epidemiological analysis and are provided in CSV and KML formats. The dataset was compiled to support epidemiological analysis, mapping, and visualization of CCHF prevalence patterns. It can be used for spatial risk assessment, public health planning, and research on zoonotic disease transmission dynamics in Afghanistan.
