Deep-C mooring, Temperature and Salinity TS Hourly, Mississippi Canyon, from May 1, 2012 to May 1, 2013

Cleaned and quality controlled mooring data from October 2013 version of the Deep-C physical oceanography observational data CD (TS Hourly). These data include observations measured at hourly intervals, and raw data, measured at less than hourly intervals, filtered using a 3 hour-low-pass Lanzcos kernel and decimated to hourly values. Vector (current/wind) data are also rotated into isobaths coordinates. The data were collected at six moorings located at the northern end of DeSoto Canyon during a one-year deployment May 2012-May 2013.
