Dataset to support the Southampton doctoral thesis 'Compassion: It's relevance, uses, and applications'

The dataset consists of 2 files in Excel format Results - Relationship between attachment, shame, compassion and mental health - Survey results from the questionnaires given to participants. it included raw scores from each questionnaire item and some basic demographic information - age and ethnicity. There is no identifiable information included. Meta-analysis -of the efficacy of compassionate mind training - Data extraction table with the data extracted from the included studies and the calculations completed to perform the quantitative synthesis described in the paper. Date of data production for results 1-10 March 2022 There was no grant or funding used in the completion of this research.
