Assessing the influence of RNA structural and sequence variations on SNRPA1 binding preference in vitro Overall design: Recombinant SNRPA1 protein was incubated with SSE RNA and SSE RNA with structural and sequence variants. The resulting RNA-protein complexes were then immunoprecipitated with an anti-SNRPA1 antibody, washed 1X, and the SNRPA1-bound RNA was isolated using acid phenol chloroform extraction. The pool of input RNA, along with two replicates of SNRPA1-bound RNA were sequenced on a NextSeq500 instrument.
