Data and code for the article "Impacts of species introductions on the trait diversity of interacting avian frugivores and fleshy-fruited plants depend on native trait diversity"

This dataset contains data and code for the article "Impacts of species introductions on the trait diversity of interacting avian frugivores and fleshy-fruited plants depend on native trait diversity". Specifically, it contains all metrics calculated at the network level (Tables S6 and S7), as well as the R scripts and data files for calculating trait diversity and beta trait diversity, and for performing statistical tests and models.
