R2=0.25. All variables left in the model are significant at the 0.15 level. No other variable met the 0.15 significant level for entry into the model. Variables included in the stepwise model: age, body mass index, waist circumference, total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, hs-CRP, HOMA-IR, K-MMSE, GDS-15, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, alcohol drinking, regular exercise, current smoking.Fasting insulin, HOMA-IR, triglyceride, high sensitivity C-reactive protein, and ferritin were analyzed after log-transformation to correct for the skew in the distribution.
