The development plan Iserbrook 22 for the area south of Sülldorfer Landstraße between Schenefelder Landstraße and railway facilities (Altona district, district 224) is established. The area shall be limited as follows: Sülldorfer Landstraße — Schenefelder Landstraße — Darbovenstieg -via parcel 1432 (Simrockstraße), southern borders of parcels 1396 and 1357, via parcel 1313 (Bredkamp), southern boundary of parcel 1273 of the Dockenhuden area — Railway facilities — West boundary of parcels 1285, 1295, 1296, 1303 to 1306 of the Dockenhuden area, western boundary of parcel 2406, over parcel 395 (Hasenhöhe), over the landmark 2796 of the Sülldorf area —Train facilities-West boundary of the parcel 2770 of the Sülldorf area.
