DNDL-Bench: Annotated Benchmark Datasets + Prediction files from de novo models

Benchmark Datasets containing the mass spectra from PRIDE which are annotated by the corresponding peptide sequences. The sequences were assigned via the intersection of the search engine results from Comet and MSFragger. These can be used to benchmark de novo peptide sequencing tools and compare your tool of choice against our existing benchmarks. The prediction files contain the predicted peptide sequences from the evaluated models for these benchmark datasets
