Feline breast cancer organoid RNA sequencing

Cancer research in veterinary medicine is still under development compared to human medicine. Feline breast cancer (FBC) is highly malignant, intractable, and has the potential to become a valuable model for human metastatic BC (HBC).The goal of this project is to analyze and identify transcript profiles of patient-derived organoid and contribute to understanding prognostic, therapeutic, or diagnostic markers for not only cat but human.
