16s sequencing analysis of gastric mucosal microflora structure in C57BL/6 mice

An increase in antibiotic resistance has led to a reduction in eradication rates of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection. Notably, probiotics provide a new approach for the prevention and treatment of H. pylori-related diseases. In this study, Forty specific-pathogen-free female C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, namely, the control, ZFM4 pretreatment, model, triple therapy, and ZFM4 treatment groups.The preventive and therapeutic effects of Lactobacillus plantarum ZFM4 were evaluated in H. pylori-infected C57BL/6 mice by assessing gastric tissue morphology, inflammatory cytokine levels, microbial composition, and microbial diversity.
