Using Pyrosequencing to Explore Microbial Community Impacted by Water Flooding in a High-Temperature Continental Petroleum Reservoir

In order to analyze the effect of the bacteria introduced from water flooding on petroleum ecosystem, we compared bacterial structures of injection well and its adjacent production wells by barcode pyrosequencing technology.
