配送企业根据向医疗卫生机构配送的药品和医药耗材情况，上报相应发票信息。发票信息包括发票代码、发票号码、开票日期、税率、税额（免税）、价税合计、销售方名称、销售方纳税人识别号、购买方名称等信息。该表是交易发货退货业务数据与发票信息的关系表。

Delivery enterprises shall submit corresponding invoice information based on the details of medicines and medical consumables delivered to medical and health institutions. The invoice information includes invoice code, invoice number, invoice date, tax rate, tax amount (tax-exempt), total amount including tax, name of the seller, taxpayer identification number of the seller, name of the buyer, and other related information. This table is a relational table linking transaction, delivery and return business data with invoice information.
