资源简介:

AbstractThis article explores the representation of children in wartime British literature, focusing on themes of innocence, fear, and psychological growth. The study examines how war disrupts childhood and reshapes young characters’ identities, emphasizing their emotional and moral development. Using qualitative literary analysis, the research highlights how children are portrayed not only as victims of conflict but also as resilient individuals capable of adaptation and transformation. The findings suggest that wartime narratives use child perspectives to emphasize the human cost of war while offering hope through resilience and moral clarity. The study contributes to understanding how literature reflects the complex experiences of children in times of conflict.
