The Gene Ontology Dataset is a collection of biology and medical related texts, suitable for text classification and sentence similarity tasks. The dataset consists of two configurations: Definition-Term and Term-Synonym, each with training, validation, and test sets. Features include anchor text, positive text, and class labels, which are divided into three types: biological process, cellular component, and molecular function. The total size of the dataset is approximately 26MB.
