Forest map (2016 edition)

Geographical data relating to the 2016 edition of the Forest Charter and complementary data relating to wood arboriculture, linear formations and forest areas with a coverage of less than 20%. The methodology adopted for the update was based on the photo-interpretation of the overall coverage, having as a starting point that deriving from the studies for the PFT and as a reference aerial recovery the ICE 2009-2011 aerial recovery of the Piedmont Region. The definition of forest area is based on the definition of forest valid at regional level (Regional Law 4/09).
