Dataset for: Mathematics Teachers' AI-TPACK and Perceptions Following a STREAM-Based Professional Development Program

This dataset contains the anonymized aggregate-level quantitative data supporting the findings reported in the manuscript "Mathematics Teachers' AI-TPACK and Perceptions Following a STREAM-Based Professional Development Program" submitted to the International Journal of Mathematical Education in Science and Technology (IJMEST). The dataset includes AI-TPACK subscale statistics (N=218), participant demographics, self-efficacy scores, metaphor category distributions, and post-program evaluation results. Individual-level qualitative data are not included due to participant privacy protections under KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law). Funded by TÜBİTAK 4004, Project No: 224B238.
