Monthly SPI and SPEI raster dataset over China from 1979 to 2018

The traditional monthly SPI/SPEI fitting by various probability distributions (Gamma, Gumbel, Logistic, Log-Logistic, and Normal for SPI and Log-Logistic, Generalized extreme value, Normal, and Pearson type III for SPEI) in 3-month scale with a spatial resolution of 0.1° × 0.1° developed based on the China Meteorological Forcing dataset. All data are in NetCDF format.

本数据集为基于中国气象强迫数据集（China Meteorological Forcing dataset）开发的3个月尺度传统逐月标准化降水指数（Standardized Precipitation Index, SPI）与标准化降水蒸散指数（Standardized Precipitation Evapotranspiration Index, SPEI）数据，其通过指定概率分布拟合构建：其中SPI采用伽马分布（Gamma）、耿贝尔分布（Gumbel）、逻辑斯蒂分布（Logistic）、对数逻辑斯蒂分布（Log-Logistic）及正态分布（Normal）进行拟合；SPEI则采用对数逻辑斯蒂分布（Log-Logistic）、广义极值分布（Generalized extreme value）、正态分布（Normal）及皮尔逊III型分布（Pearson type III）进行拟合。该数据集空间分辨率为0.1°×0.1°，所有数据均以NetCDF格式存储。
