林长巡查考核数据

平台按照林长的层级关系，实现了林长制日常工作的网上办理，支撑了森林管理查询分析、上传下达、事件跟踪、协调处置、考核管理。可以根据责任单位，直观统计各级巡查林长上线率和巡查完成率，为决策者提供有力支持，实现森林资源的科学管理和生态环境的持续改善。巡查考核的信息数据的算法规则包括以下几个方面： 1、数据采集：主要由林长的应巡次数、完成次数、上线人数、上线人数等信息数据组成。 2、数据处理：上线率=上线人数/林长人数；巡查完成率=完成次数/应巡次数；利用两个数据分析结果（上线率+巡查完成率）/2对各级林长的巡查工作进行评价考核，自动生成排名。林长每月巡一次，每月不低于四次，同一天内多次巡查仅算一次有效巡查。 3、数据应用：帮助决策者了解林长制巡查的情况，并做出相应的决策。针对不同区域和类型的森林资源制定相应的管理措施；同时对已实施措施的效果进行评估，不断优化管理方案，提高整体工作水平。This platform enables online handling of daily work under the Forest Chief System in accordance with the hierarchical structure of forest chiefs, supporting query and analysis of forest management, information dissemination and feedback, event tracking, coordination and disposal, as well as assessment and management. It can intuitively visualize the online participation rate and patrol completion rate of forest chiefs at all levels based on responsible units, providing strong support for decision-makers, and realizing scientific management of forest resources and continuous improvement of the ecological environment. The algorithm rules for patrol assessment information data are as follows: 1. Data Collection: It mainly consists of information data such as the required patrol times, completed patrol times, the number of online forest chiefs, and the number of online forest chiefs. 2. Data Processing: The online participation rate is calculated as number of online forest chiefs / total number of forest chiefs; the patrol completion rate is calculated as number of completed patrols / number of required patrols. The patrol work of forest chiefs at all levels is evaluated and assessed using the average of the two data analysis results: (online participation rate + patrol completion rate)/2, and rankings are automatically generated. Forest chiefs shall conduct one patrol per month, with no less than four patrols per month; multiple patrols on the same day shall be counted as only one valid patrol. 3. Data Application: It helps decision-makers understand the patrol status under the Forest Chief System and make corresponding decisions. Targeted management measures are formulated for forest resources in different regions and types; meanwhile, the effects of implemented measures are evaluated, management plans are continuously optimized, and overall work efficiency is improved.
