Differential expression between epithelium and mesenchyme in embryonic mouse lung

Identification of genes differentially expressed between epithelium and mesenchyme of embryonic lung. Embryonic lung are harvested from time pregnant mice Epithelium and mesenchyme were isolated from 4 embryonic mice (BALb/c, E12.5) and hybridized in a two-color design (epithelium vs. mesenchyme). These are dual channel arrays but analyzed like single channel.本数据集旨在鉴定胚胎肺上皮（epithelium）与间质（mesenchyme）之间的差异表达基因。实验材料采集自妊娠定时小鼠，从4只BALB/c品系、胚胎发育第12.5天（E12.5）的胚胎小鼠中分离上皮与间质组织，并采用双色荧光杂交设计（上皮组vs间质组）完成芯片杂交。该实验使用双通道基因芯片，但后续分析采用单通道分析流程。
