镉是一种典型的金属元素,毒性较强,严重危害到人体健康。一旦人体镉含量超标,便会导致人体出现各种病症。对粮食加工品中的镉含量进行检验,对镉含量超标的粮食加工品进行处理,避免镉含量超标的粮食加工品流入到市场。1.数据采集:采集样品编号、检验数量、样品名称、项目、方法、最大限定值、报告值、单位等信息;2.数据处理:(1)是否超出标准值,报告值为未检出、报告值小于等于最大限定值的为未超出,反之为超出,具体使用IF、OR的函数;(2)粮食加工品中的镉含量监测总数:为数据统计范围内总检验数量;(3)粮食加工品中的镉含量检出问题项次数:通过SUMIF函数将超出标准值的检验数量求和;(4)粮食加工品中的镉含量问题发现率=粮食加工品中的镉含量检出问题项次数/粮食加工品中的镉含量监测总数*100%。

Cadmium is a typical heavy metal element with high toxicity that seriously endangers human health. Excessive cadmium levels in the human body will lead to various diseases. It is essential to test the cadmium content in grain processing products, dispose of non-compliant products with excessive cadmium, and prevent such products from entering the market. 1. Data Collection: Collect information including sample number, inspection quantity, sample name, test item, test method, maximum allowable limit, reported value and unit. 2. Data Processing: (1) Standard exceeding judgment: If the reported value is "not detected" or less than or equal to the maximum allowable limit, the sample is considered as not exceeding the standard; otherwise, it is deemed as exceeding the standard. The IF and OR functions are used for this judgment. (2) Total monitoring count of cadmium content in grain processing products: Refers to the total number of inspections within the data statistics scope. (3) Number of problematic items detected for cadmium content in grain processing products: Sum the number of inspections that exceed the standard value using the SUMIF function. (4) Problem detection rate of cadmium content in grain processing products = (Number of problematic items detected / Total monitoring count) × 100%.
