HII segmentation maps from HIIdentify for the MUSE Atlas of Disks galaxies

For 36 galaxies within the MUSE Atlas of Disks (MAD) survey (Erroz-Ferrer et al. 2017), the results of using HIIdentify (hiidentify.readthedocs.io/) on the Halpha maps to identify HII regions within the galaxies are provided, as presented in Easeman et al. (2023). The fits files have 4 extensions: 1) 2D map where each pixel has a Region ID for the HII region within the galaxy to which it belongs. 2) 2D map of the distance of each pixel from the pixel designated as the peak of that HII region, in kpc. 3) 2D map showing the pixels designated as the peak of each HII region, with the associated Region ID. 4) Ha map for pixels belonging to an identified region within the galaxy.
