Widespread ilmenite contributions to the surface water cycle in lunar Procellarum KREEP Terrane

This excel includes three tables. Table 1 is about water concentration and isotopic composition of the Chang'e-5 lunar soils. Table 2 is about track densities and the estimated surface exposure ages for ilmenite, pyroxene, and olivine grains. Table 3 is about crater depths measured by an atomic force microscope and the corresponding sputtering rate.
